AuthenChic Images – Model & Photo Release Statement

By booking a session with AuthenChic Images, you acknowledge and agree to the following release terms:

I hereby grant AuthenChic Images, its photographers, team members, and authorized representatives, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to capture, edit, and use photographs and/or video images taken of me (or my minor child, if applicable) for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes.

This includes but is not limited to use on:

AuthenChic Images’ website

Social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.)

Digital and print advertising

Portfolio displays

Studio or vendor promotions

I understand and agree that:

AuthenChic Images retains full creative and editorial control over the final edits of all images.

The images may be used with or without my name or accompanying text.

The images will never be used in a way that is defamatory, exploitative, or inappropriate.

I waive any right to compensation, royalties, or approval of the final images used.

I affirm that I am at least 18 years of age, or, if under 18, my parent or legal guardian has consented to this release.

At AuthenChic Images, integrity and respect are at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to using all imagery in a tasteful, professional, and empowering manner.
